iRecommend sweepstakes entry rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. This sweepstakes begins September 21, 2010 and is open to all legal United States residents at least 18 years old at time of entry, except employees of Sourcery LLC and Thermaltec and the immediate families and household members of each. Sweepstakes ends January 15, 2011 unless terminated earlier by Sourcery LLC in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited.

To enter: Register for the sweepstakes contest by submitting a complete testimonial outlining your experience using any product provided to you by Sourcery LLC (collectively, “Testimonial”).  Testimonial should include: product used (Fast Pull, etc.), job name, what your particular challenge/need was on the jobsite and how Sourcery was able to fulfill that need, measurable benefits (ie. Labor savings, fast lead times, etc.), and comments relating to your Sales/Customer Service experience with Sourcery LLC.  One valid and complete written Testimonial as confirmed by Sourcery and submitted to iRecommend@sourcery-llc.com equals one sweepstakes entry. One valid and complete video entry equals two sweepstakes entries. Video entries must be submitted on CD/DVD to 27051 Burbank, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610. All entries must be postmarked by 11:59 PM PST January 15, 2011. Multiple reviews of the same product are not valid unless specifically indicated for separate jobs. "SPAM" or fraudulent Testimonials will not be posted and all entries from said user will be void.   Any entrant who attempts to submit Testimonials under multiple identities will be disqualified from participation in the sweepstakes, and all Testimonials submitted by that entrant will be void. Entries must be received by Sourcery LLC by 11:59 PM PST January 15, 2011. This contest is sponsored by Sourcery LLC. Sourcery LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete submissions or testimonials, nor for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.

Prizes:  One (1) 16GB Apple® iPad™ mobile digital device (including power adaptor and USB cable) except in the event of termination or modification of the sweepstakes by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any other accessories not previously mentioned are not included. Winner is solely responsible for signing up for the optional 3G data plan service. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $499.00.

Sourcery LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes.   In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a Testimonial, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry, provided that person meets all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules.  “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Sourcery LLC’s vendor, Thermaltec, will select one prize winner at random from all approved Product Reviews entered during the sweepstakes period.  Sourcery LLC’s decisions are final and binding with regard to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning the prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

All entries become property of Sourcery LLC.  Except at Sourcery's discretion, no cash redemptions or substitutes of prizes allowed.  Should the Prize Winner be forbidden by his/her own employer to accept the sweepstakes prize, Sourcery LLC will, upon notification by Prize Winners employer, transfer said prize to one of the following:  a) an approved designated official of Prize Winners direct employer b) charity of choice as designated by Prize Winners employer.  Prize winner and respective employer grants to Sourcery LLC the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law, and specifically grants permission to Sourcery LLC to post his/her name on www.sourcery-llc.com as a winner under this sweepstakes.  Any and all taxes on prizes are responsibility of winner.  As a condition of entering, entrants agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes, (b) to release Sourcery LLC, their respective sales representatives, and each of their officers, directors, and employees from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, taxes, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, loss, damage, system damage, loss of property or data, accidents, injuries, or death, (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (d) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstake, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (e) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.  Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification or prize will be forfeited.  Winners further agree to hold harmless Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees and assigns against any and all claims and liability arising out of Winners’ use of prize.  If prize notification e-mail or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Limit one prize per person/address. Void where prohibited.
