Numbered & Bundled Cable

Numbered & Unbundled Cable

• Designed for ease and efficiency when pulling loose wires
• Wire is identified at 6-8" intervals per customer design & specifications (using hot-stamp or inkjet technology)
• 8" plastic barrier under loose wire prevents binds when pulling making it superior to paralleled wire
• Allows for option of adding wires in the conduit if necessary
• Provides labor savings over traditional pulling methods

Numbered & Taped Cable

• Ideal for applications requiring a loose conduit fill
• Wire is identified at 8" intervals per customer design & specifications (using hot-stamp or inkjet technology)
• Conductors are bundled on reel and bound with tape (1.5" rounds) every 8'
• Tape bands have tab for easy removal when cable is pulled
• Can provide up to 40% in labor savings

Striped, Numbered & Taped Cable (Bundled)

• Ideal when you need to identify hot and neutral pairs
• Photo in sample shows a cable with a number of black, red & blue conductors numerically identified. The corresponding neutral conductor is also numerically identified and striped to match the color of the hot
• Conductors are bound with tape every 8' - 10'
• Tape bands have tab for easy removal when cable is pulled
• Allows for a loose conduit fill
• Designed to save considerable time and money compared to conventional wire pulling methods

Numbered & Spiral Wrapped Cables (Bundled)

• Ideal method used for bundling Data Cables
• This method applies a relaxed twist in the bundling process: 1 twist every 3 feet
• Easy to pull around corners / No catching
• Spiral Wrapped with a single binder every 3 feet
• Capable of Spiral Wrapping up to 15 Conductors
• Provides considerable labor savings over traditional pulling methods
